Bernard Tornay is based in Bouzy, at the heart of the Champagne vineyard. Bouzy is 100% classified and is also famous for its red wine. Combining tradition and modernity, the Maison Tornay sets the benchmark on the Champagne scene. For many years, the brand’s reputation has been built on limited production runs, a supply system that favours growths with a purity index ranging from 95 to 100%, and absolute respect for the principles of quality.

Throughout the summer and until the end of autumn, Maison Tornay invites you to discover the Accords Parfaits (Perfect Pairings): 3 champagnes accompanied by 3 savory petit fours and 3 sweet petit fours. Reservation 48 hours in advance. Price: 10 € / person.
